linux mint 20.3 - se blocheaza desktopul

Va rog frumos sa ma sprijiniti in rezolvarea unei probleme Linux Mint 20.3 Cinamon:

- imediat ce deschid laptopul, se afiseaza toate pictogramele pe desktop, numai ca, in momentul in care pun cursorul si dau dublu clik sa deschid ceva(google, sau oricare alta pictograma sau altceva), nimic nu se deschide; sunt pur si simplu blocate, nu reactioneaza la cursorul mousului;

- am observat totusi ca, daca din menu dau suspend si revin, atunci pictogramele de pe desktop reactioneaza si se pot deschide. Deci, ca sa pot lucra, incep mai intai cu suspend, dupa care ma lasa sa lucrez, dar nu pentru mult timp, pentru ca din nou se blocheaza complet, iar dau suspend, isi revine o perioada si tot asa... Un calvar!

Am cautat pe net tot felul de comenzi in linux, nu ma pricep, dar n-am gasit nimic sa ma ajute. Am gasit comanda sudo systemctl restart display manager care face acelasi lucru ca suspend, dar Nu rezolva problema.

Daca il inchid cu shut down sau dau restart, la fel ingheata ecranul, deci numai cu suspend se mai poate lucra.

Cam de 6 luni am aceasta problema, laptopul este dell cumparat in 2020.

Vad ca laptopul tau e compatibil cu Ubuntu https://ubuntu.com/certified/201907-27241

Deci cel mai probabil cei de la Linux Mint nu au facut optimizarile necesare ca sa comute singur Linuxul intre placa video din procesor si cea dedicata si de asta ingheata ecranul din cand in cand iar solutia este un restart ori un suspend la laptop.

Pentru a fi sigur de asta eu te sfatuiesc sa instalezi Ubuntu sa vezi daca problema persista.
Daca nu iti place Gnome poti sa instalezi Cinnamon pe Ubuntu.
